Our Drills & Skills program was developed to elevate and enhance all fitness levels in our youth, as well as promote a solid emotional foundation by using key training techniques which also include opportunities to enhance personal leadership skills in our future adults.

Course Descriptions
Core:  The body is only as strong as its weakest link. The body's midsection needs to be solid and strong. This course will focus on the "power center" of the body, increasing its ability to generate strength to bring dynamic, coordinated, and skillful responses form the entire body.

Upper/Lower Body: This course will focus on the development of upper and lower body strength and endurance while maintaining a cardio level.

Quick Twitch/Cardio: Heart rate education and monitoring will be included here. Speed and response time will be nurtured in this course. Recovery education will also be evident as we travel thru many drills.

Endurance: Let's learn about both cardio endurance and muscle endurance. Both will be very applicable in any sport, and this course is the perfect opportunity to discover just that.
