Group Fitness Class Descriptions

Body Blast Using the Body Bars, this class will provide a cardio and a sculpting benefit all in one. Limited choreography, maximum time utilization.
Boot Camp This class is the ultimate for the cross-trainer, challenging your agility, speed, strength, and endurance. You’ll never be stuck-in-a-rut with this experience. Minimal choreography, maximum intensity. (1 hour)
Cardio Sculpt Using a variety of equipment, this class will provide a cardio and a sculpting benefit all in one. Limited choregraphy - maximum time utilization.
Cardio Fusion Blending rhythm & athleticism in the same room, to various & driving beats. All you need is your body & the space around you, as single song routines are taught & executed. It's more about fun with added benefits of a definate caloric burn! Medium impact & choreography.
Core Ball A workout on the stability ball incorporating balance, core stability, upper and lower body strength. (1 hour)
Kickboxing A dynamite workout proving effective for the entire body. A cardiovascular challenge promoting endurance and strength using bags. Gloves are strongly suggested. (1 hour)
Muscle Mix Strength training using a variety of equipment including free weights, weighted bar, and resistance tubing to improve muscular strength in the major muscle groups.
Pilates This mat inspired workout utilizes a unique system to create a power center while allowing stretching and lengthening of your muscles. Will improve posture, increase flexibility, and improve balance. For all fitness levels. (1 hour)
Pro AB Challenge your core, abs and back.
Sculpting Total body strength class using weights and tubing. (1 hour)
Senior Strength A strength class designed for those who wish to stay fit forever, using weights, tubing, and resistance balls. Special consideration will be given to those who are not able to use the ball. Staying mature and motivated! (45 minutes)
Spinning A stationary cycling class designed to nurture all fitness levels. Before you know it, you’ll become a spinning “junkie”. (50 minutes)
Spin Flex Need more strength in your spin class? Spin Flex is a combo class format that uses flex bands, tubing and medicine balls to train the major muscle groups, paying special attention to the upper body. 
Step Using the step, and lots of options, this class will keep you flowing through some awesome choreography. Work up a sweat and forget the hour has gone by!
Step & Sculpt This class is 45 minutes of step followed by a 45 minute sculpting class. Come and go as you please (1 hour 30 minutes)
Tai Chi A low impact, mind-body Chinese discipline to improve strength, flexibility, and balance. (1 hour)
Trekking A treadmill class on the cardio floor! (40 minutes)
Yoga Introduces the ancient discipline of personal development that balances body, mind, and spirit. We will learn a series of physical postures as well as practical methods for relaxation, proper breathing, meditation, and concentration that promote health, alleviate stress, improve skeletal alignment, and increase muscular strength and flexibility.
