kids!
During the summer months, children who are ages 6-12 can enjoy activities and have fun while you workout.
Activities include: homework
time, games, stretching, swimming, board games, exercises and basketball.

Our
mission is to make exercise fun for the entire family. Kids Klub gives older children the opportunity to exercise and have
fun, rather than staying in the nursery. We want our older children to look forward to their time at CAC.

Don’t
forget to bring your child’s swimsuit and a towel!
If
your child is unprepared to swim, the child will stay in the nursery and
