Message from the Owner

Dear Prospective Member,

I would like to personally invite you to come and visit the most unique athletic health facility in the Mid-south.  We have the newest equipment available, the most group fitness classes (all included), personal training, year round swimming, great tennis courts, a wonderful nursery, tanning and a gymnasium.  We also offer yoga, Pilates, kickboxing classes and have steam showers and a sauna.  We offer all the other programs and amenities that you would expect to find in a first class facility.  We have all these programs and amenities are included in our very competitive dues, but that alone does not make CAC unique.

Cordova Athletic Club is unique because of its staff and their interaction with our members.  We work as a TEAM and we do care!  You will see, feel and sense that teamwork when you enter our facility for the first time.
