Noah Heimmerman
Noah believes that exercise is the elixar to life. He is an Exercise Science Major at the University of Memphis. Noah is also CPR certified, very energetic, and helpful. As an AFAA certified Personal Trainer, Ana approaches fitness from a holistic point of view. She tailors exercise routines while coaching and encouraging individuals to achieve lifestyle changes that positively impact their overall well-being. Having experienced the time constraints brought about by a busy schedule and motherhood, she has grown to appreciate the role that physical fitness plays in people’s lives. Her passion is helping others set and achieve their own fitness goals. Ed is a 2005 graduate of Mississippi State University with a degree in Electrical Engineering and minors in Mathematics and Kinesiology. He received his first fitness certification in 2001 and is now in the process of receiving another. He has worked as a fitness professional for the past 4 years. Whether you have athletic goals or not, Ed loves training with anyone who has a positive attitude about themselves and is focused on achieving their goals.

With roots established here in the Memphis area, Casie was fortunate to further her love for Womens Basketball as she was drafted by the NWBL to play in Chicago, and then later in Iceland. She pairs her sport specific knowledge with her Personal Training certification to offer you a wise choice as a Trainer. Whether it's structured strength training, or a more drill enhanced program, Casie can bring focus to your workouts.

Duane Stuart
Duane has been a Personal trainer for about eight years. After helping a friend who joined the NBA, he was prompted to seek a job in the related field of exercise and nutrition. Utilizing workouts geared for athletes and average Joes, Duane began doing body sculpting and fast-twitch regimens to get maximum performance and weight loss/gain results. In his tenure as a professional trainer he has worked with elite-level athletes, pastors, artists in the music industry and average people who would just like better overall health and a better looking body. Duane tries to change the way people think about their health - you change the mindset and the body follows.

Tonya Keith
Tonya earned a four year degree from Christian Brothers University. She is nationally cerfied as a personal trainer accredited by the Aerobics and Fitness Association of Ameria (AFAA) and is Amerian Heart CPR/AED certified. Tonya understands exactly the difference between a "twenty-something" body and mine or yours. She can accomodate clients with everyday limitations because she has been trained to listen to your body and choose exercise modality appropriately.
