Child Care
Parent's can enjoy a great workout with peace of mind while their children attend the CAC nursery. With several attendants on duty, children enjoy their room while playing. Drills & Skills
Children from 8 to 13 years old can participate in our Drills & Skills program. We provide progressive training and fitness education in these 6 week courses. Click here for more information about this brand new program at CAC.

Parent's Night Out
Mom and Dad can enjoy a Friday night out alone while the kids have a blast at CAC. Children from 6 months to 12 years are invited to enjoy movies, pizza, gym games & board games. Parent's Night Out is the first Friday of every month. Click here for more information.
